Perhaps the second-worst example of a recent vehicle launch, Suzuki introduced its Equator pickup in the midst of the fuel crisis last year. Based on the Nissan Frontier, the Equator features a crew cab, a 260-hp 4.0-litre V6, five-speed automatic and four-wheel drive. It comes well equipped for a pickup, but limiting it to only one trim level will put a crimp on sales even further. One to check out, though.
